Balance Gymnastics

On Monday and Tuesday our International Level 1&2 girls ventured over to the High Performance Centre (HPC) in Prahran to attend their first International Development Program (IDP) Camp.  Approximately 50 Level 1&2 Gymnasts from 7 clubs attended the camp which was aimed at developing the skills and strength of these up and coming stars of the future.  By all accounts our girls performed strongly and are well positioned for a strong competition season in 2010.  Well done to Kathryn, Kate and Alicia for the strong development of our IDP 1&2 sqauds.  We look forward to seeing them all in action in the coming months.
