Balance Gymnastics

Our Flippers program caters for children aged 5-7 years old who show a required level of strength, flexibility and determination. The flippers class is a mixed class of girls and boys that focuses on the fundamental skills required for higher levels of gymnastics and is run in line with the National WG & MG Competitive Program.
